Mandar Sarangdhar

Mandar Sarangdhar has extensive work experience in software development and research and development. Mandar is currently the Head of Research and Development at Xait, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Solution Architect and Director of Software Development at Xait from June 2021 to October 2022 and November 2011 to June 2021, respectively. Before joining Xait, they worked as the Director of Software Development at SpringCM, Inc from February 2008 to November 2011. Mandar also held the position of Director of Software Development at Synchris Inc. from July 2005 to February 2008. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at ObjectVideo Inc. from July 2004 to June 2005. Mandar began their career as a Senior Software Developer at Descartes Systems Group in 1998 and worked there until 2004.

Mandar Sarangdhar obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from the University of Mumbai. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (M.S.C.E.) degree from West Virginia University, completing it between 1994 and 1996.
