Mohammed Ismail Shaikh is an experienced Operations and Customer Service Manager at XAL since February 2022, overseeing order processing and supply chain operations for various lighting brands, while managing Key Account Orders and leading a customer-facing team. Prior to XAL, Mohammed served as a Procurement Assistant at Global Trade Building Material FZC from August 2020 to December 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating orders with suppliers and negotiating payment terms. Previous experience also includes a Customer Support Specialist role at Emirates Post and an Account Trainee position at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates. Mohammed holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Canadian University Dubai and a BBA in Finance from American University in Dubai.
