Hena Ahmad is an experienced project and program management professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Project Operations Manager and Program Director at Xalient since February 2022, Hena also holds the position of Director at M & Z Enterprises Limited since May 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager and Project Manager at NCR Corporation from July 2017 to February 2022, and Senior Project Manager at Capita Customer Management between January 2016 and July 2017. Additional experience includes consulting at Skipton Building Society and various leadership roles at Avaya and Ventura. Hena obtained a degree from The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1995.
