James Mingard

James Mingard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and business development within the technology and communications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Majors and Account Management at Xalient since February 2023, James drives a customer-centric approach to building resilient network solutions. Prior roles include Major Account Director and Head of Retail & Finance at Maintel, where James led strategic initiatives for key retail and finance clients across the UK and EMEA. James has also held significant positions at Azzurri Communications, Samsung Electronics UK, BlackBerry, Avaya, Damovo, and Ericsson, consistently focusing on strategic account growth and customer relationship management. James holds an HND in Architectural Technology from the University of Brighton.
