Jos Akkermans

Jos Akkermans serves as the Field Chief Technology Officer (Field CTO) for EMEA at Xalient since May 2025. Previously, Jos held the position of Managing Partner at Grabowsky BV from April 2014 to May 2025, contributing to the Management Team and focusing on architecture, information security, and ICT. Jos's career began at the Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities spanned from May 1997 to April 2014, overseeing defensive cyber security, innovation, and IT operations, as well as key projects like the Defence CERT and Security Intelligence & Operations Centre. Jos also has military experience as a Signal Officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force. Educational background includes an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and studies at the Royal Military Academy, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
