Tom Braisted FCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People and Culture Director at Xalient since July 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held various leadership positions in Human Resources, including Director of Human Resources and Head Of Human Resources at Luxfer MEL Technologies from June 2020 to July 2024, and Head Of Human Resources at Chess from 2016 to January 2020. Tom's earlier positions include HR Manager for the UK at Vaillant Group, HR Business Partner at Encirc, and HR Manager at The King's School Macclesfield. Tom's career in HR began as an HR Officer at Complete Medical Group. Tom holds an MSc in Human Resources Management and Services, a CIPD Level 7 qualification, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Liverpool.
