Previously, Zoe held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at AO, where focus centered on online retail recruitment. Experience includes a role as Group Talent Partner at M247, a connectivity-led cloud services provider, and a Resourcing Business Partner at Sodexo, managing recruitment strategies across IT and finance sectors. Work history also features significant positions at Enterprise Plc and various roles in IT recruitment within Hudson Global Resources, remarc, and Senitor Associates. Zoe holds a BA in History and English from the University of Worcester.
