Mark R. Colella

Mark R. Colella has extensive work experience in various high-level roles within the manufacturing industry. Mark R. currently holds the position of President and GM at Control Transformer, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Operations, North America at Xaloy LLC. Before joining Xaloy LLC, they worked at Nordson Corporation, where they held the position of Director of Operations and later became a Global Product Manager. Mark R. also served as the Director of Engineering at Xaloy and held several roles at Spirex Corp, including Director of Manufacturing Operations and Director of Technology. Mark's career started at Forney, LP, where they held the positions of VP Operations and later President. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, product portfolio management, technical sales support, new product development, pricing, profitability management, and Lean manufacturing implementation.
