Seeni Congivaram

Seeni Congivaram has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Seeni started their career at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) as a Customer Support Manager and later became a Regional Sales Manager. Seeni then joined Praxair, where they held multiple positions, including Strategic Business Manager, Business Director and Controller, Executive Director of Onsite and Business Development, and Business Development Director. At Praxair, Seeni was responsible for various aspects of the business, such as developing growth programs, building relationships with strategic customers, and overseeing large industrial gas plants. Seeni also worked at Midrex Technologies, Inc. as a General Manager and at Nordson Corporation as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Xaloy LLC, where they have held roles such as Global Vice President of Commercial and Executive Vice President of Global Commercial and International Operations. In these executive roles, Seeni has led global commercial activities, managed sales and marketing teams, and overseen high-end machining and manufacturing plants.

Seeni Congivaram received a B Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry University in 1995. Later, from 2000 to 2002, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on Strategy and Marketing at the Yale School of Management.
