Mehman Abdullayev

Mehman Abdullayev has a diverse work experience in the banking and insurance industry. Mehman started their career at The International Bank of Azerbaijan as a Specialist in the Accounting and Reporting division. Mehman later became a Leading Specialist in the IFRS Reporting division. After that, they joined PASHA Bank OJSC as a Management Information Systems Specialist.

In 2020, Abdullayev joined Xalq Bank as a Senior Specialist in the Financial Analysis and Management Reporting division. Mehman was later promoted to the role of Expert in the same division before becoming the Head of Data Governance in November 2023.

In 2021, they also took on the role of Project Manager at Xalq Life Insurance OJSC.

Overall, Abdullayev has gained expertise in financial analysis, management reporting, data governance, and project management throughout their career.

Mehman Abdullayev holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, UNEC, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry, completing it from 2016 to 2018.
