Krystin Kutler

Krystin Kutler has extensive work experience in the field of battery validation and compliance. Krystin is currently serving as the Director of Battery Validation and Compliance at XALT Energy since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Battery Validation and Compliance Manager at XALT Energy from August 2019 to April 2022. Krystin also has experience as a Senior Battery Engineer at Element Materials Technology from October 2017 to April 2018. Before that, they worked as a Battery and Cell Test Engineer at XALT Energy from September 2015 to October 2017. Krystin also served as an Electrical Engineer at the U.S. Army CCDC Ground Vehicle Systems Center from May 2018 to August 2019. Additionally, they were a Test Engineer at Bosch North America from May 2011 to September 2013. Krystin held the position of Product Testing Lab Manager at Stahls' in 2010, and worked as an R&D Engineer at Cobasys from July 2008 to September 2009. Krystin'searliest work experience includes roles such as Associate Chemist and Analytical Technician at Henkel of America from January 2007 to July 2008, and May 2003 to January 2007 respectively. Krystin started their career as an Analytical Chemist of Quality Control at Kelly Scientific Resources for Ferndale Laboratory from January 2003 to April 2003.

Krystin Kutler earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with an emphasis in Biochemistry from Wayne State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002.
