Rajib Bora

Rajib Bora has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Rajib currently serves as the Vice President of Field Services at XALT Energy. Prior to this, they worked at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Co. Limited for 8 years, where they held the position of Head of Department for Oilfield Services. Rajib successfully completed various upstream drilling, completions, and production services in 100 new wells. Rajib also established new in-house oil field services with effective equipment and proficient technical teams. Before that, they founded their own company, Radmond Inc., in 2011, which provided real-time operation services to the global oil and gas industry. Rajib developed and commercialized a new generation drilling real-time operation system and secured a significant contract from Pertamina in Jakarta. In their early career, they worked at Halliburton for 8 years, managing global accounts for major companies like ExxonMobil, Shell, and BP. Rajib also served as the Country Manager in Libya, where they led the operational start-up of the Wireline Logging business. Additionally, they established new operations in Balikpapan, Indonesia, focusing on offshore wireline logging and market expansion, acquiring a 50% market share. Rajib laid the foundation for the Indonesia country operation by securing a new high-end market segment.

Rajib Bora has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Assam Engineering College.
