Ida Grandin

Ida Grandin currently serves as Head of Sales at Xamera, where leadership of a dedicated sales team focuses on recruiting capable junior talents in the tech and industrial sectors while fostering future leaders. As the owner of IDAB and a former partner at Mindit – the House of Sales AB, Ida has successfully designed sales training and development projects that drive results. Previous roles include Head of Package Holidays Scandinavia at Secret Escapes, where overall responsibility for sales and production was held, and Head of Sales at EGN Sverige, contributing to the network's growth and strategy. Ida began a career in sales retail at Nilsongroup and has held various leadership positions since, with a strong educational background in tourism and sociology from Södertörn University.
