Nicole Ivory is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at xAmplify since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held the position of Human Resources Manager at Noetic Group from February 2021 to January 2022 and at Midnight Hotel, Autograph Collection from August 2019 to December 2021. Nicole's extensive tenure at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) spanned over a decade, during which multiple roles were undertaken, including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Officer, and Talent Resourcing & Talent Development Officer, among others. Nicole obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management & Commerce from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School between 2005 and 2007.
