Nitya Chatterjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development across various industries. Currently serving as President Sales for the Pune Region at Xanadu since May 2021, Nitya is focused on developing new markets. Previously, Nitya co-founded THE REALTY CIRCLE and held senior roles in companies such as MultiLiving Technologies Pvt Ltd, Xanadu Realty, and Lodha Group. With a background that includes significant positions in asset management and banking at Union KBC Asset Management Company, Barclays Bank, and HDFC Bank, Nitya possesses a proven ability to design and execute strategies that drive growth and profitability. Nitya holds a PGDBM in Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research.
