Lara Kisielewska is an experienced marketing and design professional, currently serving as the President of Xand Marketing since September 2005, where the agency specializes in driving marketing results in high-performance computing and technical computing. Lara is also the Founder of Optimum Design & Consulting, emphasizing a multifaceted approach that integrates advocacy and community involvement within the design industry. Previous leadership roles include serving as a Past National President of the Graphic Artists Guild and as a Founding Partner at Silaroca Partners, BV, focusing on facilitating US market entry for European companies. Earlier experience includes tenure as Associate Publisher at Linux Magazine. Lara holds a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Communications Technology & Management from New York University.
