James Herndon has worked in various roles since 2005. James started at Savemart as a Department Lead where they handled the setup and daily operations of running the frozen and dairy departments. James then went on to obtain various certifications, such as ITIL v3 Foundation from APMG International in February 2016, MCSA: Windows Server 2012 and MS: Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center from Microsoft in November 2015, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in November 2019, and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate from 1035.
