Ronald Steenwyk

Ronald Steenwyk began their career in 2016 as a Healthcare IT Desktop Technician at Central Michigan University. Later that year, they became a Support Center Analyst at Meijer. In 2018, they began working as a Simulation Operations Specialist at Grand Valley State University, and also became an Associate Virtual Chief Information Officer and Support Engineer II at Xantrion. In these roles, they were responsible for bridging the gap between business objectives and technology, providing technology solution recommendations, overseeing the successful delivery of end-user and infrastructure support, and project engagements.

Ronald Steenwyk obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Central Michigan University between 2014 and 2018. Ronald additionally obtained an ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August of 2022, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco in February of 2020.
