Pradita Herdiansyah

Pradita Herdiansyah has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pradita currently serves as the Chief of Emerging Business at Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ZebraX, where they held multiple positions including Head of Business, Business Delivery Lead, and Engagement Manager from 2019 to 2022. Pradita also co-founded Vestair International in 2018 and worked as the Co-Founder until 2019. Pradita further gained experience as the GM Partnerships and Operations at Ralali.com - B2B Marketplace from 2017 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Pradita worked at Accenture as a Manager, Consultant, and Analyst in their Management Consulting division from 2011 to 2017. Pradita started their career as an intern at PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia in 2007. Additionally, Pradita worked as an SAP HR Consultant at Astra Graphia Information Technology (Agit) from 2008 to 2011.

Pradita Herdiansyah pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Pradita obtained a Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn in 2019.
