Trias Rachmidiharja has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Trias began their career in 2004 as part of the Corporate Competencies Development Team at PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. In 2005, they joined Telkom Indonesia as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for fulfilling corporate customer demands for information and communication solutions. In 2008, they moved to Accenture as part of the Communication and Media Technology Operating Group, specializing in business and system integration. Trias worked with clients in the telecommunication industry to improve their business and operations through IT and network development. In 2016, they transitioned to Sekolah Cikal as an IT and Strategic Advisor, responsible for assessing, proposing, and executing ideas to support the school's long-term goals. Trias returned to Accenture in 2017 as a Senior Manager in the Technology Group, focusing on system and application development. In 2019, they joined Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia as the Chief Digital Officer, focusing on digital transformation, product development, and system integration.

Trias Rachmidiharja earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial from Universitas Trisakti, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
