Governance

The Governance team at Xavier University of Louisiana is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and overall management of the institution. Comprised mainly of Trustees and led by the Chair and Vice Chairs, this team ensures that the University adheres to its mission of promoting a just and humane society while preparing students for leadership and service roles globally. The team's duties include policy-making, financial oversight, and supporting the President and executive leadership in achieving the University's goals.
