Anette Lindqvist

Anette Lindqvist has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the biopharmaceutical industry. Anette is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Xbrane Biopharma AB since January 2021. In addition, they hold the position of Member of the Board of Directors at Medivir AB since May 2022 and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nanolyze AB since July 2021.

Prior to their current roles, Anette served as the Director of the Board at Combined Excellence from September 2018 to May 2020. Anette also worked as the Interim Group CFO at Argynnis Group AB from November 2018 to October 2019 and at ProNordic Group AB from May 2018 to October 2018, where they were responsible for financial and business reporting.

Before that, Anette held the position of Global CFO Operations & Supply Chain at Mölnlycke from February 2016 to April 2018. From November 2013 to February 2016, they served as BA Group CFO, SVP Finance Getinge Infection Control at Getinge.

Earlier in their career, Anette had a role as Interim Executive/Head of Business Control at Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) in 2013. Anette also had a significant experience working at AstraZeneca Plc from January 2009 to January 2012, holding the position of Global CFO, VP Finance & Procurement IT and leading global commercialization efforts.

Anette Lindqvist's education history begins in 1980 when they attended the University of Gothenburg. Anette completed their Bachelor of Finance Administration degree in Economics in 1984.

In 2002, they participated in two leadership programs. The first one was AstraZeneca's Leadership Program for identified talent at GOAL, which took place from 2002 to 2003. The second leadership program they attended was the Exclusive Leadership for Women at Ruter Dam, also in 2002 to 2003.

In 2008 to 2009, Anette Lindqvist attended the Ledarskapsakademien in Stockholm, where they pursued The Inspirational Leadership program.

Anette Lindqvist then went on to pursue further education in executive management. In 2009 to 2010, they attended YSC in London, where they completed the Personal Development & Coaching Program in the field of Personal Development Executive Management.

In 2015 to 2016, Anette Lindqvist participated in the Getinge Executive Excel Programme, which focused on Executive Management.

Lastly, they obtained a certification as a board member from Styrelseakademien, specializing in Rätt Fokus i Styrelsearbetet (Right Focus in Board Work). The specific dates for this certification are not provided.
