Mohamed Ousseimi

Mohamed (Mimo) Ousseimi currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of XBTO since July 2024 and holds board member positions at XBTO Global Limited and XBTO International Limited. Ousseimi has been the Executive Chairman of Gefinor Limited since February 2007, overseeing a Bermuda holding company focused on global investments in private equity and real estate. As a co-founder of Gefinor Capital International Limited since January 2014, Ousseimi has contributed to asset management, including private equity and venture capital. Additionally, Ousseimi is a board member of StableHouse and former board member of Knoa Software, with board observer roles at CALIENT Technologies Inc. and PeerNova Inc. Ousseimi's educational background includes an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
