Bruce Dickson

Bruce Dickson is a highly experienced scientist and engineer with a diverse background in signal processing, gravitational studies, and microwave technology. Currently serving as a Specialist Scientist at Xcalibur Airborne since December 2019, Bruce focuses on the development and testing of signal processing for airborne electromagnetic systems. Previously, as Chief Scientist at Gedex Inc., Bruce advanced the development of an airborne gravity gradiometer using sophisticated finite element analysis techniques. A Senior Scientist at De Beers from 1995 to 2008, Bruce contributed to various projects, including sub-surface radar and remote sensing. Earlier roles at Saab Avitronics and EMLab included designing and qualifying microwave components. Bruce holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Cryptology and Information Theory and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, reflecting a strong academic foundation in engineering and physical sciences.
