A strategic thinker, Karan supports the company’s growth initiatives, driving the company’s financial performance and shareholder value. He has nearly 12 years of rich global experience in managing various facets of finance including planning and budgeting, business partnering, cost management, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, financial accounting, and reporting across diverse industries, including manufacturing, e-commerce, and IT.

Karan has a bachelor of commerce degree (Hons.) from Delhi University and is a Chartered Accountant.
