Prakash Toppo is senior vice president and chief people officer for the Xceedance Group. In this role he leads the people function globally.
Prakash comes with over two decades of HR leadership experience across multiple industries. Within the offshoring and outsourcing industry, he has led HR teams across Daksh, Aegis, Barclays, BlackRock, and Mercer. During this experience, he enabled their start-up while driving and leading hyper-growth and organizational transformation initiatives like acquisitions, consolidations, and integration.
In his last role, Prakash was the HR leader for global services delivery at Mercer. He led HR for this unit, housing over 5,000 team members that spanned ten countries and supported their health, wealth, and career businesses.
Prakash holds an MBA from IIM, Kolkata, and B. Tech from IIT, Kharagpur.
