Billy Robbins

Billy Robbins serves as the Senior Pastor at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church since May 2024 while also holding the position of Sr. IT Systems Administrator at Xcel Energy since October 2022. As the Owner of Robbins Nest Assisted Living and Quick-Tech Solutions since March 2020 and July 2003 respectively, Billy manages all business operations and specializes in installing commercial and residential networks. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations at Westgate Computers, IT Systems Administrator Lead at Xcel Energy, and Network Specialist at Phillips 66, among others. Billy holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Additionally, educational background includes certificates in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism.
