Leah Braverman

Leah Braverman, MA, SPHR, currently serves as a Principal Talent Management Consultant at Xcel Energy, a role assumed in September 2023. Prior to this, Leah held the position of Director of Learning & Development and Talent Management at Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis from May 2021 to July 2023, where Leah led enterprise-wide talent functions and directed a high-impact team to enhance leadership capacity. Leah's experience includes roles such as Employee Development Specialist at Ziegler Caterpillar, Learning and Development Facilitator at Bluestem Brands, and Training and Development Specialist at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, demonstrating a strong focus on organizational development and training. An educator at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Leah has also contributed as an intern at the United Nations and as an English teacher in the Czech Republic. Leah holds a Master of Arts in International Development from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
