Shawn Hafen

Shawn Hafen is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Site Vice President at Xcel Energy since August 2018. Prior roles at Xcel Energy include Plant Manager and Director of Operations, as well as Operations CFAM and Nuclear Oversight Manager from January 2011 to February 2018. Before joining Xcel Energy, Shawn Hafen worked as a Shift Manager at the Tennessee Valley Authority from January 2010 to March 2011.
