Benjamin Zbikowski has extensive experience in operations and finance within UFP Industries, having held multiple roles since joining the company in 2002. Currently serving as Regional Vice President for Site Built West, Zbikowski's career trajectory includes positions such as Regional Director of Operations and Regional Controller, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight, financial analysis, and budget management. Zbikowski also managed plant operations and financial projects early in the career as a Corporate Finance and Accounting Intern. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Michigan State University, Zbikowski has developed a robust skill set in operational efficiency and financial stewardship throughout the tenure at UFP Industries.
