Terri Eaton

Terri Eaton has extensive experience in regulatory affairs and compliance within the energy sector. Since 2005, Terri has served as the Director of Regulatory Administration and Compliance at Xcel Energy, overseeing issues related to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC). Prior to this role, Terri held multiple positions at Xcel Energy, including Director of Federal Regulatory Affairs and Manager, where responsibilities included liaising with the Southwest Power Pool during the implementation of the Energy Imbalance Market. Terri's earlier experience includes managing governmental affairs at Green Mountain Energy Company and serving as a staff attorney at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, focusing on the deregulation of the electric market. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
