Cynthia Jones

Cynthia Jones has over 30 years of work experience in the retail and business development industries. Cynthia began their career in 1987 as an Office Manager and Accounting Manager at Parallel Technologies, Inc. in Ohio. In 1993, they became a Manager of Business Development at Retail Planning Associates (RPA). In 1996, they joined Guaranteed Search as a Technical Recruiter. In 1998, they moved to McMullin Search as a Technical Full-Cycle Recruiter and Partner. In 1999, they became a Technical Recruiting Manager at McMullihen Hahn. In 2000, they joined Integrate as a Manager of New Business Development and Chute Gerdeman as Vice President of Business Development and Partner. In 2011, they started their own business, Cynthia Jones Retail Executive Recruiting, as President. In 2012, they joined S4 NetQuest as Vice President of Business Development. Finally, in 2015, they became the VP of Business Development at Xcelerate Media, Inc.

Cynthia Jones attended Columbus State Community College from 1994 to 1995, studying Accounting.
