Umesh Jain

Umesh Jain is the founder and CEO of Nowanalytics, specializing in data-based planning for contact center operations. He is also the co-founder and CTO of Xcelerate Restoration Software. In the past, Umesh served as the President of Merging Elements and as a Partner at SourcePoint Partners. With a background in Computer Systems and Electronics, Umesh holds an MBA in Management from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
