Esther Yébenes

Esther Yébenes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Esther is currently employed at Xcelirate as a Lead DevOps Engineer, where they oversee the DevOps team and is responsible for maintaining and improving infrastructure and providing support. Prior to this, they worked at Tappx as a Sysadmin/DevOps/Infrastructure Team Leader, where they focused on platform maintenance, monitoring, and security, while also collaborating with the development team on projects.

Before Tappx, Esther worked at Conzentra as a Technical Manager on the CSC Area. In this role, they were part of the Networking department at the CSC service desk, providing 24/7 support at multiple levels. Esther also gained experience as a Support SysAdmin at Flumotion and gnuine, where they handled incident management and provided technical support.

Esther also had shorter-term roles at Grupo Planeta, where they worked as a SysAdmin and contributed to various projects, and at Iberphone, where they served as an Incident Manager, offering technical support for customer calls. Additionally, they worked as a Shop Assistant at Venus Intima during the Christmas campaign and at Libreria Francesa, where they provided support during holidays and specific campaigns.

Throughout their career, Esther Yébenes has demonstrated a strong background in DevOps, infrastructure management, technical support, and customer service.

Esther Yébenes attended Universitat de Barcelona from 1997 to 2004, where they studied Ciencias Físicas (Physical Sciences). In 2015, they obtained the "Pyhton for Informatics - University of Michigan" certification from Coursera. In 2012, they obtained the "Habilidades de Coaching" certification from Telecampus and the "Gestión del tiempo para profesionales de las TIC" certification from netmind. In 2011, they obtained the "Gestión de reuniones y comunicación eficaz para profesionales de las TIC" certification from netmind. In 2006, they obtained the "Master en Administración de Sistemas Unix" certification from Soft Obert.
