Richard Harris

Richard Harris is an experienced programming analyst with a diverse background in software development and systems analysis. Currently employed at Xcellent Technology Solutions (XTS) since May 2022 and at Cherokee Federal since February 2012, Richard primarily supports the United States Geological Survey, utilizing skills in stakeholder engagement, requirements documentation, and system design. Prior to these roles, Richard served as CEO of Wayneco, LLC, where the focus was on product research, development, and marketing. Richard has also held programming and analytical positions at Windstream Communications, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and Intelligent Information Technologies, demonstrating a robust history in enhancing enterprise applications and providing client-centric solutions. Richard completed advanced studies at Iowa State University, complementing a strong academic foundation in civil engineering obtained from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
