Radford Lin

Radford Lin is an experienced technology and client delivery leader currently serving as Director and Head of Client Delivery for North America at Xceptor since 2025. Prior to this role, Radford was VP of Client Services for the Americas at Fenergo from 2022 to 2025, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of global financial institution accounts and overseeing professional services delivery, including contract negotiations and project management. From 2013 to 2022, Radford held various leadership positions at CoEnterprise, ultimately serving as Delivery Director for the Americas Region, where revenue growth was achieved alongside team expansion. Earlier career experience at Con Edison spanned multiple roles, from Senior Integration Technologist to Systems Specialist, focusing on the full software delivery lifecycle. Radford Lin holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
