Tony Hornbuckle

Tony Hornbuckle has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Tony is currently working as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Xceptor since February 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Xceptor from December 2023 to February 2024. Before joining Xceptor, Tony worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Germany at Alasco from September 2023 to December 2023. Tony also worked as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Postman, where they were responsible for recruiting and partnering with stakeholders across various global locations. Tony has also gained experience in talent acquisition roles at other organizations such as Xero, Tableau Software, StepStone, and Selex Elsag.

Tony Hornbuckle attended Watermeads from 1993 to 1997, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. They later obtained SHL Level A & B qualifications from SHL.
