Lani M. McCann

Lani joined the Xchange team in 2017 and has spent her legal career representing clients in the insurance and reinsurance industry during her time at private law firms and in the legal departments of C.V. Starr and W.R. Berkley. Lani brings 20+ years of legal experience to Xchange and handles all legal related corporate work, company compliance, regulatory filings and licensing, and is involved with human resources with respect to policies and procedures and employment related legal issues.

Lani is a member of the New York State Bar and admitted in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She remains an active member of the Association of Professional Insurance Women (APIW) and a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
