Sharon Johnston

Sharon Johnston is the Chief Executive Officer of the Xchange Technology Group. She joined the company as Finance leader in 2016 and was actively involved in Sales, Procurement and HR before being appointed as CEO in 2018.

In assuming leadership of the company Sharon brings a broad range of functional expertise as well as domestic and international experience. Her focus is on team alignment with and execution of corporate strategy. She has developed excellent working relationships and reporting tools which contribute to cross-functional decision making.

Sharon is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and finance management positions. She commenced her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers and was a Senior Manager in the Audit & Assurance group. Her extensive industry experience in technology and manufacturing environments has included interim finance leadership roles primarily with public and private companies going through restructuring, refinancing, acquisitions or divestitures.

Sharon is based out of the company’s Mississauga, Ontario office.
