River Ding

River Ding serves as the vice chief engineer at XCMG Group since December 2021, following a role as vice dean of the rock drilling equipment R&D institute at Sunward Group from July 2020 to November 2021. Previous experience includes the position of Product Manager at Epiroc from August 2014 to June 2020, with responsibilities in product marketing and technical support aimed at enhancing sales and customer satisfaction. River Ding has also held multiple managerial roles at Atlas Copco, including Product Group R&D Manager and Hydraulic Rig Product Group R&D Manager, overseeing design quality and continuous product improvement for various drill rigs. Early career experiences include positions at Schwing, Yutong, and Roady, focusing on design engineering and technical support. River Ding holds a Doctor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing, a Master's degree in IT project management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Electronic Engineering from Henan University of Science and Technology.
