The IT and Systems Team at XConnect ensures the seamless operation and security of the company's global network and subscriber information services. This team manages and maintains the carrier-grade infrastructure and hybrid cloud platform, supports systems and application performance, and implements robust security measures in line with ISO 27001:2013 standards. Their responsibilities include overseeing data operations, ensuring system reliability, optimizing network performance, and enabling the secure, scalable access to real-time protocols and APIs used for routing, fraud protection, and identity validation.
