Jay Haley

Jay Haley is an accomplished Program Manager with extensive experience in program management and acquisition support services. Currently serving at X Corp Solutions, Inc. since December 2019, Jay oversees various operations within a certified 8(a) SDB, SDVOSB, HUB Zone, and SWaM company. Prior roles include Program Manager and Task Lead, Senior Acquisition Program Analyst at Peridot Solutions, LLC, where responsibilities encompassed operations support and strategic planning utilizing DoD 5000 and BCL frameworks. Earlier in the career, Jay held the position of General Manager at Commuter Express, Inc. and was a Senior Program Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology, specifically supporting US Marine Corps initiatives. Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Averett University, completed between 2011 and 2013.
