Robert-Jan van Ogtrop

Robert-Jan van Ogtrop is a distinguished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in sustainability and circular economy initiatives. As the Founder and Chairman of Circle Economy since 2011, Robert-Jan drives efforts to implement circular economy principles globally. In addition, Robert-Jan serves on the Council of Hope for The Jane Goodall Legacy Foundation and is a Board Member of the Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy (PACE), both roles emphasizing collaboration for sustainable development. Co-founding the Foundation for Natural Leadership and the TBL Mirror Fund, Robert-Jan advocates for innovative leadership and sustainable practices. Other notable positions include Chairman of the Board for African Parks Network and involvement with SkyNRG as a Supervisory Board Member and Investor. Robert-Jan holds advanced degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed the International Senior Managers Program at Harvard Business School.
