Kenny Waribam

Kenny M Waribam has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kenny M most recently served as the COO at On Direct Marketing Services. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at XDBS Worldwide, where they managed all aspects of program development and implementation. Kenny M also cultivated positive relationships with executives, managers, staff, and customers. Kenny also worked as a Managing Principal (Operation Manager) and Managing Consultant at SaleBuild IT Enabled Services Private Limited. In these roles, they trained and assessed mentors, oversaw SWAT teams, and implemented on-the-job training programs. Earlier in their career, Kenny worked as a Quality Analyst at Mphasis, where they helped improve team performance and customer satisfaction.

Kenny M Waribam completed an Executive MBA in Operations Management and Supervision from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they graduated with a degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology in 2009-2012. Kenny's earlier education was at Spicer Higher Secondary School from 1998 to 2008.
