Susheel Dodeja

Susheel Dodeja has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Susheel is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at xDesign since September 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at BJSS where they held various positions, including Head of Presales, Head of Public Sector, Head of Government and Healthcare Practice, and Senior Engagement Lead. Susheel was also responsible for heading the Commodities division at BJSS. Before joining BJSS, Susheel worked as an Oil Trading Delivery Manager at BP Oil. Susheel began their career at Swiss Re as a Vice President/Business Analyst Lead, where they led the team of Business Analysts and worked on migration and online development projects. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at RCMS.

Susheel Dodeja completed a BSc (HONs) degree in Business Information Systems from De Montfort University, which they attended from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services and as a PMP from the PMI UK Chapter in May 2012.
