Neil Rowe

Neil Rowe is a technology leader with extensive experience in software development and technical transformation. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at XDS Solutions since April 2020, Neil is responsible for leading the company's technical initiatives and developing in-house software for testing, inspection, and certification (TIC). Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Software Developer at Impact Reporting from August 2021 to May 2022 and at Lunio from April 2021 to July 2021. From May 2017 to April 2020, Neil was a Full Stack Developer at Sure Wise Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the complete rebuild of legacy systems onto a Laravel stack, along with the development of an e-commerce site and a staff management portal.
