Bianca Lagrutta

Bianca Lagrutta has extensive work experience in the field of compliance and policy. Bianca is currently employed as a Compliance Operations Analyst at Xe.com since January 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Prevention Compliance Officer at Global Bank from June 2019 to August 2019. Bianca also held the position of Prevention Compliance Officer at Banco Panameño de la Vivienda S.A. Prior to that, they attended American University from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations and Affairs with a minor in International Business. In 2013, they participated in study abroad programs at The American University of Rome, focusing on International Political Economy, and Istanbul Bilgi University, studying International Development. Furthermore, Bianca Lagrutta obtained the Certified Professional in Anti-Money Laundering (CPAML) certification from FIBA Bankers in June 2018.
