Cletus Machado has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Cletus started their career at ICICI Securities as an Assistant Manager/Equity Advisor, where they advised high net worth individuals on equity products and initiated new business opportunities. Cletus then joined Citi as a Senior Equity Advisor, where they provided excellent customer service, cross-sold products, and mentored new employees. Cletus also worked at Salmat as an Outbound Sales Representative and at Forsyth Barr Limited as a KYC/Client Maintenance Executive, where they were responsible for onboarding clients, verifying documentation, and conducting criminal checks. Cletus briefly worked at Commonwealth Bank as a KYC Analyst. Currently, Cletus is working at XE.com as a Portfolio Manager and previously held the role of Business Onboarding Specialist, where they liaised with clients and facilitated the onboarding process.

Cletus Machado's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006.
