Naajidah Hardeman

Naajidah H. has a diverse range of work experience in the retail and e-commerce industry. Naajidah most recently worked at Xebec as an Operations Associate, where they optimized order fulfillment and reverse logistics processes, monitored returns and warranties, and evaluated inventory stock levels. Prior to that, Naajidah held the role of Retail Operations Specialist at Neighborhood Goods, where they managed inventory, collaborated with various teams to launch new brands, restock current brands, and handle brand exits.

Naajidah also worked at Mejuri as an Operations Lead, overseeing retail operations and driving revenue through inventory management, logistics, customer care, and product assortment. At Glossier, Inc., Naajidah served as an Inventory & BOH Associate, providing customer service and assisting with the set-up and break-down of a pop-up store.

In their earlier experiences, Naajidah worked at Free People as a Product Flow Manager/Interim Assistant Store Manager, where they optimized product planning and processing, trained store associates, and maintained high levels of inventory. Naajidah also had a role as a Manager in Training. Naajidah gained valuable experience as a Social Media/Merchandising Manager Intern at Masons Boutique, spearheading merchandise planning, executing social media marketing strategies, and promoting community outreach projects. Naajidah also worked as a Keyholder at Klothe, managing inventory and sales for online stores. Finally, Naajidah started their career at White House Black Market as a Sales Associate.

Naajidah H. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science, with a focus on Apparel Merchandising and Product Development, from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Additionally, in June 2023, Naajidah obtained a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera.
