Priyanka K. is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in people management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of People Experience at Xebia since March 2022, Priyanka previously held the position of Head of Human Resources for India at Tectura from April 2014 to October 2021. Additionally, Priyanka contributed to Saksoft as a Senior HR from March 2010 to July 2012 and worked as Senior HR at Tectura prior from October 2006 to November 2009. Academically, Priyanka holds an Executive PGP in Strategic HR Leadership from XLRI Delhi-NCR, a Post Graduate degree in Human Resource from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor in Information Technology & Management from Utkal University.
